Obituary of Linda Lee House

Linda Lee House, 75, of St. Peters, MO, departed this life, Wednesday, July 26, 2023. She was born February 18, 1948, in St. Louis, MO, to Ted and Laverne (Spitz) Purdom. Linda enjoyed a good game of cards or winning at Bingo. She was of the Baptist faith.

On July 30, 1973, Linda married Ted House in St. Louis, MO. He survives. Also surviving are her sons, Jeff Nickens of Barnhart, MO and Tony House of St. Peters; a sister, Annette Purdom of St. Louis; grandchildren, Jordan House, Amber Brutcher, and Jeff Nickens, Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Carter House and Michael House.

Linda was preceded in death by her brothers, Marvin and Richard Purdom, and a grandson, Brian House.

Visitation will be in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery at Oxly, MO.
