Georgette Tremaine, 80, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Sunday, April 16, 2017, at the Cedargate Care Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Mrs. Tremaine, daughter of George and Dorothy (Catlett) Peterson, was born May 6, 1936, in Doniphan. She had been a nurse and enjoyed basket weaving and painting pictures.
Surviving are 5 children: Ron (and Jamie) Dismang of Topeka, Kansas, Gary Dismang of Poplar Bluff, Dean (and Wendy) Tremaine of Doniphan and Tim Tremaine and Dennis Tremaine, both of Millington, Tennessee; 2 sisters, Barbara Dremmel of Corydon, Iowa, and Sue Harvey of Grandin, Missouri; 1 brother, Jim Goes of Jadwin, Missouri; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Tremaine was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and 2 grandchildren.
A graveside service will take place Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Stephens Cemetery near Doniphan with Brother Pete Joplin officiating.
