Stephanie Ann Pittman, 51, of Fairdealing, MO, departed this life Friday, February 20, 2026. She was born October 21, 1974, in Rockford, IL, to the late Laverne Beale and Patricia (Patterson) Hoff and Walter Hoff.

Stephanie built a career as a nurse practitioner with her master’s degree in nursing. She dedicated herself to the well-being of others. Outside of work, Stephanie loved to immerse herself in the mystery and drama of crime documentaries, finding intrigue in every twist and turn. She had a knack for finding treasured items at shop yard sales and enjoyed pampering herself by having her nails done. Above all, Stephanie’s heart belonged to her family. Time spent with her grandchildren was her greatest joy. They were moments she cherished deeply.

On October 14, 1995, Stephanie married Terry Pittman in Lowndes, MO, and he survives. Also surviving are her sons, Derek Pittman, Jared Pittman, and Ethan Pittman, all of Doniphan; her mother, Debbie Beale of Rockford, IL; a brother, Donnie Beale of Doniphan; and a sister-in-law, Shann Beale of Doniphan. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Carson, Karter, Julaina, Mason, Easton, Liam, Parker, Emma, and Waylen.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her brothers, Allen Beale, and Cliff Hall.

A memorial visitation will be held in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 4:00-6:00 p.m.
