Susan Darline Ralph, 72, of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Tuesday, February 2, 2026. She was born March 2, 1953, in Joiner, AR, to the late Emmett Kelsie and Pauline Wilma (Gilley) Letson.

Darline was a devoted caregiver, both professionally through her work in home health and personally with her family she dearly loved and cherished. She had a son who was her life. Their saying was, “I love you more than anything!” Caring for others was not just what she did, but it was who she was. She treasured every moment spent with family, especially her grandkids who brought her immense joy. Darline enjoyed relaxing by the waterside while fishing or spending time in the woods while hunting. She loved the outdoors and the calm of nature. She was a member of Whitton First Baptist Church.

Surviving is her husband, Bobby Ralph of Doniphan; a son, Hunter Ralph, and daughter-in-law, Magen Ralph, of Doniphan; sisters, Teresa “Sissie” (Bill) Harris of Atkins, AR, Patricia “Pat” (Kelly) Letson Chandler of Wilson, AR, and Valda Crawford of Joiner, AR; and her brother, Chuck (Keri) Letson of Russellville, AR. She also leaves behind two grandchildren. Madison Darline Ralph and Koltin Wade Ralph. Darline was dearly loved and will be missed by her many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Darline was preceded in death by her brothers, Emmett “Bimbo” Letson and Joe Letson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Bassett Cemetery in Bassett, AR.
