Gladys Elaine Strickland, 73 years, 9 months, and 15 days, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at her residence in Doniphan, Missouri.

Ms. Strickland, daughter of George and Sylvia (Munson) Goldorf, was born Saturday March 8, 1952, in LaPeer, MI. She worked as a care giver in the health care industry. Ms. Strickland was a member of the Safe Haven Community Church.

She first was married to Bernard Zosso who proceeded her in death in 2019 then married James Strickland who proceeded her in death in May 2022. 

Also surviving are her daughter, Gladys Biddle of Pocahontas, AR; two sisters, Janus (Duane) Hart of Columbiaville, MI and Ruth Ann (Kencil) Jarman of Mountain Home, AR; two brothers, George Goldorf of Columbiaville, MI and Lyle (Kim) Goldorf also of Columbiaville, MI;  two grandchildren, Michael Biddle, Sylvia (Chad) Burgess of Pocahantas, AR; and three great-grandchildren, Lilly, Samual and Liam.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Jerry Goldorf.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2025, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and funeral services will be 1 p.m. all at Safe Haven Community Church in Doniphan with Sis Debbie Roberson officiating. Interment will be in Engelberg Cemetery at St. Johns Church in Pocahontas, AR.
