Sandra L. Jacobs "Sandy", 75, of Louisville, KY, died on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Baptist Health Louisville surrounded by her family.

Sandy was born to the late Lavern Haschak and John Sandie in Chicago, IL.

Sandy loved Christmas-the more lights and glitter the better! She loved to tell stories (most more than once). Sandy was proud of her boys and loved her family unconditionally.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John J. Jacobs; brother, Edward (Eddie) Haschak; and granddaughter, Erika Jacobs.

Sandy is survived by her children, John J. Jacobs, Jr. (Janet), Thomas G. Jacobs (Vickie), and Steven M. Jacobs (Jenny), 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service will be held at the Doniphan City Cemetery on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
