Zackary “Zack” Hopkins, 32, of Doniphan, MO, departed this life, Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was born July 17, 1993, in Poplar Bluff, MO, to Bruce and Lori (Loomis) Hopkins, of Doniphan.

Zack had worked in home health care. He attended New Life Pentecostal Church.  Outside of work, Zack enjoyed the solitude and peace in the quiet of nature, especially when fishing and the excitement in the challenges and camaraderie of gaming.  Zack had a deep bond with his two beloved dogs, Gizmo and Nova, who were not just pets but companions he lovingly cared for.

In addition to his parents, Bruce and Lori Hopkins, Zack is survived by his brother, Derek (Tracy) Hopkins, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and a nephew.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
