Greg O’Neal, 55 years of age, beloved son, father, and grandfather, departed this life on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in Doniphan, MO, where he had resided his entire life. Greg was born June 2, 1970, in Poplar Bluff, MO, to Howard E. “Gene” O’Neal and Pamela (Holland) O’Neal.

Greg graduated from Doniphan High School in 1988. He attended Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff, MO where he majored in Farm Power and Agri-Business. Greg enjoyed hunting, fishing, welding, working on tractors, and machinery. Greg was a member of the Doniphan Church of Christ.

Greg loved being a grandpa to his three beautiful granddaughters, Myah, Kimber, and Sophie, and dad to his son, Tyler.

Greg was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dewey and Iola Holland; paternal grandparents, Howard and Allene O’Neal; uncles, Bob O’Neal, Aaron Howard, and Lee Kirby; aunts, Georgia Kirby and Sandra Jo Holland; and cousin, Russ O’Neal.

Surviving are his three granddaughters, son Tyler (Ariel) O’Neal of Sidney, AR; his parents, Gene and Pam O’Neal, aunts, cousins, other family members, and many friends.

Visitation will be held at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan, MO on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Graveside services will follow at the Gatewood, Missouri Cemetery. Steve Collins will officiate.

Greg is gone from our sight but never from our hearts.
