Deborah “Debbie” Diane O’Neal, 74-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Tuesday, July 8, 2025. She was born April 22, 1951, in Portageville, MO, to the late Martha Cornelison.

Debbie was a homemaker who delighted in spending time with her family and doing special things for them, especially celebrating the holidays. A talented cake decorator, she added that special touch to every celebration with cakes that were as beautiful as they were delicious. Debbie had a keen eye for knickknacks and enjoyed decorating her home with the items that reflected her love and personality. A gifted singer, Debbie often sang for her family and church family at Oak Ridge Church of God where she had attended for 30 years. In her leisure time, Debbie enjoyed bowling and working on puzzles.

On June 20, 1970, Debbie married Glen O’Neal at Oak Ridge Church of God, and he survives. Also surviving are her children, Glen (Frances) O’Neal and Jennifer O’Neal, and her grandchildren, Natalie (Justin) Ray of Poplar Bluff, MO, Brian O’Neal, Ethan O’Neal, and T. J. Rackard.

Visitation will be held in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Judy Brandon will be officiating, and burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery.
