Lillie Mae Webb, 78-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Wednesday, June 18, 2025. She was born April 13, 1947, in East Prairie, MO, to the late John Dobbs and Mildred (Burns) Dobbs Liu.

Lillie was known for her gentle spirit, generous heart, and unwavering compassion. She dedicated her career to caring for others, retiring from Butler County Health Department where she worked in home health care. A woman of simple joys, Lillie found fulfillment a practical life well lived. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and cooking. Her dogs kept her company and were like family to her. Lillie loved the refreshing and renewing weather of spring and cherished the Easter season, embracing its meaning. Lillie attended Bellview General Baptist Church and will be remembered for her love, quiet strength, and the kindness she shared so freely.

On June 9, 1986, Lillie married Thomas Boytt Webb in Jonesboro, AR. He preceded her in death on August 26, 2003. She was also preceded by her son, Tommy Joe Ramirez; her sisters, Janette Ramirez Long and Sue Dobbs Richardson; and brothers, Ronnie Ramirez and Jesse Dobbs.

Surviving is a brother Frankie Dobbs of Houston, TX; brother-in-law, Walter Long; and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Bellview Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Cooper officiating.
