Obituary of Jonathan Franklin Miller

Jonathan Franklin Miller, 37, the son of Donnie and Anita Miller passed away in Ellettsville, IN on March 21, 2025.

Jonathan was always there for his friends and family when they called and was known to give the shirt off his own back if asked. He was a talented drywaller and painter and could pick a guitar to the tune of many songs with his own made-up words.

If you needed a laugh, you could count him in. If you needed a deep conversation, he was the guy to contemplate the world with you. Always standing up for the outcast or the misunderstood, you had a friend in him. He was a jokester, a protector, a father, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Jonathan loved fishing and exploring how to live off the land and was able to sleep just about anywhere outside.

Jonathan is survived by many loving family members.

A graveside service will be held at the Miller Family Cemetery on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at noon.
