Obituary of Cheryl Ann Schrimsher

Cheryl Ann Schrimsher, 63-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Saturday, January 8, 2022 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. She was born October 15, 1958 in Doniphan to the late Carl Ray and Betty Melba (Joplin) Brooks.
Cheryl was sweet-natured and greeted each person with a warm and friendly smile. She worked along-side her husband, Jr., as owners and operators of Jr’s Service Station and a local auto parts store. Cheryl was an avid reader. She loved painting and crafts. Cheryl had a tender spot in her heart for animals and loved taking care of her family. She attended Macedonia Church.
On May 18, 1974, Cheryl married JR Schrimsher in Ripley County. He survives. Also surviving is her daughter, Chera Ann (Ricky) Dean of Doniphan; a sister, Sandra (Ronnie) Decker, also of Doniphan; a brother, Carl Dean “Sonny” (Vicki) Brooks of Doniphan; and a grandson, Lane Dean.
A graveside service will be Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Macedonia Cemetery. Brother Jim Kelly will be officiating.
