Obituary of Dewey Edward Hundley

Dewey Edward Hundley, 60-year-old former resident of Ripley County, MO departed this life Wednesday, April 21, 2021 in Farmington, MO. Dewey was born February 15, 1961 to the late James Dewey Hundley and Annette Rose (Miles) Foster. He was an over the road truck driver, a member of the Purman Volunteer Fire Department, and had served in the US Marines. Dewey especially loved spending time with his kids and grandkids and enjoyed driving. He was a beloved father, grandfather, and friend.
Surviving are his children, Cheyenne Hundley of Farmington, MO; Dewey Edward Hundley, Jr. of Fort Smith, AR; Shalechia Wells of Poplar Bluff, MO; Donald McFairen of Poplar Bluff, MO; brothers, Basil (Brenda) Foster of Paragould, AR; Richard Haynes; and grandchildren, Autumn, Ava, Keaton, McKynzie, Leah, Ariya, and several adopted grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at Edwards Funeral Home on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 11 AM with Pastor Chuck Carr officiating. Visitation will begin at 9 AM. Burial will be in the New Hope Cemetery.
