Curtis Delane Tucker, 69-year-old resident of Doniphan, MO, departed this life Wednesday. September 30, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. He was born October 15, 1950 in Tucker, MO to the late Will and Delsie Alta (McCamey) Tucker.
Curtis was a retired Bank President of U. S. Bank and then later at Southern Bank. Curtis was certainly a familiar face around town serving on the Ripley County Fair Board for several years and as a member of the Kiwanis Club. He enjoyed spending time outdoors going on trail rides, horseback riding, riding in his side by side, and vacationing in the mountains. Curtis was a member of Tucker Methodist Church.
On May 4, 1985, Curtis married Janice Little Hodo at Lingo Baptist Church of Doniphan. She survives. Also surviving are his children, Kelly (Casey) Roberts of Gatewood, MO and Randy (Rhonda) Tucker of Black Rock, AR; his brothers, Raymond (Alisa) Tucker and Cleatus (Rose Engelken) Tucker; as well as five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Curtis was preceded in death by one sister, Willa Dean.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the family is planning a private family service.
