I'm very sorry to have read in the obituaries that Regina Nancy Darlene Farris passed. Even though I have not met your family, I sympathize and hope everything is going as well as can be expected. One thing we can learn as life goes on is how strong and sure God's love is, always ready to comfort and heal. With deepest sympathy and a prayer that his love will be with the family in a special way. May God comfort you at this time of sorrow and bless you through the days ahead. Our Father above loves us so much And will never leave us alone He will not forsake us in our need To face this on our own, For all things you will have the strength by virtue of him who imparts power to you. (Philippians 4:13)

My heart goes out to all of those lucky people that this beautiful woman touched. Regina will always be remembered by me as one of those rare people who wanted nothing from others, but who was willing to give all to them no questions asked. I always enjoyed her column in the Prospect News because she wrote from the heart and always shared things that were priceless to her. Family/Friends those were the jewels in her life. She loved her children, grand-children & those two great-grand babies. I always enjoyed our phone conversations when one of the babies did something new she'd call and tell me I just new she was smiling from ear to ear. When you read her column the world seemed like a better place. It taught you that family is the greastest gift. I'm glad I was able to see here the week before and visit with her I still can not imagine the world without this dear woman in our lives. I will miss her very much.

Regina was a giver never a taker, she was always there to help no matter how busy she was, no matter what time of the day and never asking or needing anything in return. Friends like Regina are few in life and it is with a heavy heart that we also grieve your loss.
