Gladys Gertrude Craft, 89, of Doniphan, Missouri, died Monday, April 9, 2007, at her residence. Mrs. Craft was born March 31, 1918, at Advance, Missouri, the daughter of the late Marrion Garrett and Sylvia Day Garrett. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Doniphan and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 3485. She was married to Al Craft on April 2, 1947. He preceded her in death on October 19, 2003. Mrs. Craft is survived by three sons, Donald Finley of Billings, Montana, Jerry Craft of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Michael Craft of Doniphan; one daughter, Patricia Hart of Doniphan; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sons, Gary Finley, Robert Finley and Richard Craft; four sisters, Myrtle Bollinger, Tina Hill, Bertha Kight and Bernice Ford; and one brother, Auther Garrett. Visitation will be from 5 - 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at Edwards Funeral Home in Doniphan. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 2007, in the funeral home chapel with Brother Wade Rogers and Brother Steve Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Doniphan City Cemetery.
